I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Certified Sex Therapy Professional with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples. My work focuses on helping clients understand and untangle long-standing emotional patterns, uncover where they originated, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating — both to others and to themselves.

I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate approach grounded in attachment theory, somatic processing, and family systems. While I tailor each treatment to the individual’s needs and goals, warmth, encouragement, and deep insight remain consistent throughout. Together, we explore the root causes of current struggles, make sense of emotional experiences, and gently break free from unhelpful patterns — all without guilt or self-blame.

Education & Background

I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology. My training and experience span inpatient, school-based, community mental health, and outpatient settings. During my internship and postdoctoral years, I specialized in integrating traditional psychotherapy with neurofeedback and biofeedback. Although I now focus primarily on psychotherapy, I continue to weave in somatic and holistic tools to provide a comprehensive, whole-system approach.

I am licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and hold PSYPACT authorization, allowing me to provide telepsychology services to clients across most U.S. states. I am a member of:
